Yes of course, all you have to do is click the Book Online button (here) or on the home page of this website; select the service you want and enter your relevant details. We’ll reply with a confirmation of your booked services. Alternatively, you can call (855) 882-1984 Ext 2 and speak with one of our representatives. Clients requesting commercial cleaning services can schedule a walkthrough by way of the booking portal.
Once you book your services, we will place hold on to your method of payment to cover the services requested. 24 hours after the services has been rendered, we will process the payment. This is the same holding process if you were to rent a car or book a hotel.

Our Deluxe Top-To-Bottom service is considered our yearly spring clean service. This recommended for first-time customers or customers who haven’t had their home professionally cleaned in the last three months. This service can be arranged for our commercial contracts as well.
The types of tasks we will NOT perform are removal of animal or human waste, removal of blood or any other bodily fluids (Vomit, Urine...etc.), wet wiping of light bulbs, cleaning or putting away dishes, large furniture moving, extensive mold removal, extensive ceiling cleaning and large-scale trash disposal (Hoarding) and ironing, or anything that will be considered a liability. Deceased animals of any kind. please see company policy for additional task that are not perfomed.
No. It’s your choice to stay around or go out and take advantage of your free time. Just arrange to leave us a key. Use of a lockbox is preferred. Lewzander Cleaning Solutions is here to make your life easier, not harder. Upon request, we can provide lockboxes to our regular customers with a small fee charged that is fully refundable once our services are no longer required. Please advise in advance if this is a requirement.
A Yes, we are! We’re a pet friendly cleaning company. Our team members have training on how to treat dogs, cats and other pets. However, we do ask if all pets are not in the areas that are to be serviced. At your request, and where possible, we will use ECO friendly (Green Products) as a source for an all-purpose cleaner. Where possible, we do use non-toxic organic products.
A It all depends on the condition of your location! But as a simple example, take the number of bedrooms you have and convert that into hours. Ex. 3 Bedrooms = 3 hours. For facilities, schedule a consultation so we can effectively give you an accurate time frame.
A team of 2 people is our standard, sometimes an extra team member can come when needed. However, we do send a team of 1 person when
the job is small (Studio/1BR/Touch-up jobs). This will be communicated to you prior to your scheduled cleaning.

Lewzander Cleaning Solutions want to make sure that everybody’s appointments are serviced efficiently and promptly by our best cleaning professionals. It takes us time to organize and fit all our clients into a functional schedule. This is why we ask for a 24-hour notice, for all cancellations and rescheduling. If there is a need to reschedule or cancel, please perform this action through the booking portal at the latest, the day before you scheduled service between 8am and 12pm. Cancellations /rescheduling made the day of your appointment will incur a $75 charge. Please see company policy
The reoccurring services will allow you to schedule cleaning on a regular basis. This service can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. The client will receive a 10% discount on the general and deep cleaning package; this is excluding the deluxe top to bottom cleaning service. The 10% discount does not apply for commercial or specialty premium services. You are able to select the perfect package that will fit your cleaning needs. The reoccurring offers an agreement for six months. If you are moving to a new location, don't worry this service is completely transferable.
As reoccurring client, you will be able to transfer your reoccurring services to your new address.
We understand that at times our schedules may not align. So, we have a simple solution. We will provide a lock box to you at an extremely low price and arrange for our team to enter the home/location by you providing a key to gain access. At the time of cancelling the service, you have the option to retain the lock box; or return the lock box and receive a full refund.
Yes, if you choose to cancel your membership this can be done on the booking page. Although, there is a minimum commitment term of six (6) months. If you choose to cancel prior to the paid six (6) months, your initial cleaning will be billed at full price of the services rendered; minus the initial payment that was processed.
Clients that are members, you will be able to transfer your membership to your new address. Any guests that are attached to your membership will be able to transfer as well.
At this time, the initial coupon could only be used towards a general cleaning or deep cleaning.
If you are a member of the "Perfect Solutions Membership" you are eligible to purchase an initial discount coupon for your initial service. You can purchase a coupon for two (2) hours, three (3) hours, four (4) hours and six (6) hours. This coupon can be used towards your initial standards or deep cleaning service.
Unfortunately, the membership is exclusively for residential clients only.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a double discounted service at this time.
At this time, premium services are not included under the membership, only selected residential cleanings. However, premium services could be arranged with our referral partners.
